Step 1: 3.5 months before the show 



Announcement of the Exhibitors Website and Exhibitor Hub

We will send you information about the "Exhibitors Website" and the "Exhibitor Hub" for your preparation. You can check necessary preparations and helpful information on this website before the show.

Please begin by registering your company name, contact details of your representatives, and product information.

The registered contents will be listed on the "Exhibitor/Product Directory" for visitors.
*Open to visitors from 2.5 months before the show.

Step 2: 2 months before the show



Planning Booth Decoration

Decide and arrange your booth design, decoration.
You can apply for Rental Display System which includes a package of basic decoration.

Step 3: 1 month before the show



Invite customers and announce your exhibit on your website/social media

To have a successful exhibit, pre-show booth promotion is crucial.
Please announce via mass email, your company website, social media, press releases, etc.

Step 4: 1 month before the show



Set appointments via Matching System

To conduct efficient sales activity during the show, please set up appointments with buyers in advance by utilizing the matching system.

Step 5: 2 weeks before the show



Final preparation before the show

Please make sure that all of the following preparation is completed.

  • Issue Exhibitor Badge
  • Preparation for moving in/out exhibits and booth equipment
  • Check distributed materials (brochures, promotional items)
  • Staffs` schedule, etc.

Step 6: Show day
